Program Description

Liberty Health Professionals (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers informational and marketing SMS/MMS messages related to health-insurance quotes, appointment scheduling/reminders, application status, policy updates, billing reminders, and customer support (“Messaging Program”).

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during a call with one of our licensed agents and verbally consenting, you authorize Liberty Health Professionals to send SMS/MMS messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-In Process

Consent for SMS messages is obtained verbally during live phone conversations.
Our licensed agents read the following disclosure:

“Would you like to receive health insurance quotes, reminders, and policy updates via text from Liberty Health Professionals? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your explicit “Yes” consent is recorded and stored in our systems with date/time, agent, and phone number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive messages for quotes, policy updates, reminders, or billing notices.

Opt-Out

You may cancel at any time. Text STOP to end. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
